[PyQt] ANN: PyDADL 1.2.0 released

Hi,

PyDADL 1.2.0 has been released today. 

Changes are :
- Added support for Qt Designer .ui files. See section 4.32
  in the html doc
- 'BuildDialog' function made public in the client code namespace
- 'Connect' function made public in the client code namespace
- 'MdiArea' object made public in the client code namespace
- 'MainWindow' object made public in the client code namespace
