[PyQt] ANN: eric 4.0.2 released

Hi,

this is to inform you about the release of eric 4.0.2. This is mainly a bugfix 
release.

ChangeLog

- compatibility fixes for Debian
- added '-z' to the installer to inhibit compilation of the python files
- changed code to not look for the Qt4 tools in a subdirectory of the Qt
  installation directory (it is now required, that the Qt bin directory 
  is in the PATH)
- changed code of Python debug client to better intercept output on non-win32
  systems
