It seems something is amiss in terms of qt path,I installed qt v 4 over
qt3.3 ( which was pre installed with os )  but I am unsble to figure out
the meaning of the last warning, I have gcc installed and I also have
make .

Pass the -w flag to configure.py to see what is going on.
