[PyKDE] PyKDE error ??

Hi All,

I have been trying to install PyKDE in my
system(having KDE-3.5.6). From the Riverbank site I
have downloaded and installed sip-4.5.2.tar.gz and
PyQt-x11-gpl-3.17.tar.gz (PyQt-x11-gpl-4.1.1.tar.gz
did not work, gave me qmake error). and after that
PyKDE-3.16.0.tar.gz.
but when I ran 
from from kdeui import KTMainWindow

then I got importError for KTMainWindow.

but from kdecore import *
from kdeui import *
are working fine.

Can anyone please guide me through this?
