[PyQt] Mixing SIP/PyQt with Boost.Python

Hi,

After seeing a number of threads about whether or not it's possible to
integrate extension modules made with Boost.Python with PyQt and SIP
extensions, but no definite answers, I tried to figure out how to do
it.  I've gotten what I believe to be a minimal example running and
have posted details on the PyQt wiki at
