[PyQt] Set a SVG image as background and with transparency

Thanks David, i will investigate on that, meanwhile i am developing others
parts of my app, cause that is only EyeCandy, so is not critical... but i
hope to resolve that.

Anyway, who want to see a total QT styled app? :D Still there is much work i
must do
