[PyKDE] Commercial PyQt4 and Qt4.2 on Mac OSX

Testing should happen in the test week or so.

Note that I build Qt from source on Mac. I've had another report of
similar problem from somebody using the binary Qt distribution - it seems
to put things in a different place.
