Hi Douglas,

it can't happen to me as I'm not developing on Windows;-) Anyhow, does
$ pyuic4 --help

give you anything? What about

$ python.exe <python-dir>\site-packages\PyQt4\uic\pyuic.py --help

If the latter calls works, probably the wrapper does not work. If not,
somethings wrong elsewhere.
