Ok. I'am trying to build everything again from scratch. Here at home I have to
do it with the Microsoft Toolkit 2003, for VS 2003 I will do it tomorrow at
work. If I encounter difficulties I will post them. I find strange that my posts
are not appearing at the mailing list.
