I won't give them to you, but have a look at the aqbanking project
(http://www.aquamaniac.de/aqbanking/ and http://www.sf.net/projects/aqbanking)
and the QBankManager project that belongs to their qbanking frontend.
Both make quite some use of .ui-files

I'll also send you mine in a PM.
