[PyKDE] ANN: eric3 3.7.0-rc1 released

As Richards claims, it occurs when I save a file. The page scrolls until the 
cursor stands at the bottom of the page. It doesn't depend any specific 
file, happens all the time. It seems like the editor scans the file and 
recoordinates the scroll bar.

I am using Debian Testing with

Python 2.4.1
Qt 3.3.3
PyQt 3.14.1
sip 4.2.1
QScintilla 1.5.1
and eric 3.7.0-rc1
