This can be fixed by renaming extra/kde340/kkeyserver_x11.h to 

I've sent a snapshot to the original poster and will make it available to 
anyone else who needs it. The only other change since the 3/7 snapshot is a 
fix for the default argument value in KURL.cleanPath ().

I'll post a new snapshot later in the week.
