[PyKDE] Installer for Windows.

Hi,


I read an article about having PyQt running on the GPL version of Qt that
was built by kde-cygwin project for Windows. (The website is here:
http://kscraft.sourceforge.net/convert_xhtml.php?doc=pyqt-windows-install.xhtml)

Does anyone know if there's a downloadable installer?  We were thinking
about migrating from wxPython to pyQt if we could have our software running
on Windows (GPL, of course).
