Hi all,

I got the GPL qt,sip,pyqt and eric3 down to a zipfile of about 25Mb. At
the moment the files should be put in a fixed directory, this is
something I need to change. The reason is that I don't want to run any
additional installers. Just setting some path variables should be
enough. the "python install.py" instal of Eric3 however hardcodes some
paths (most important: eric3.bat and eric3config.py)
