[PyKDE] Eric on Windows via Cygwin Qt?

Hi,

Has anyone investigated the possibility of running Eric on Windows via
Cygwin Qt (http://kde-cygwin.sourceforge.net/qt3-win32/)?  It seems to be
pretty functional - the version of Qt Designer that it ships with works
very well.

I keep hearing good things about Eric, but I do most of my development on
Windows and don't have a Qt licence.
