[PyKDE] eric3 and redhat9

Hello can anyone help?

I'm tried to install eric-3.3.1.
I did the following:

1. build/install qscintilla-1.53-x11-gpl-1.1.tar.gz
2.       -"-     sip-x11-gpl-3.5.tar.gz
3.       -"-     PyQt-x11-gpl-3.5.tar.gz

4. install eric3 ....

Unfortunately I got

[root at ... eric-3.3.1]# python install.py
Sorry, please install QScintilla and/or reinstall
PyQt with QScintilla support.

What happens, what can I do?
