[PyKDE] looking for PYQT based CAD package or basic Canvas operations

Hello!

I am new to PyQt and I would like
to put together a CAD package based on
PYQT. I have looked at PythonCAD, but it is
based on PyGtk and not PyQt.


Does anyone know of a PyQt based CAD package
or of some PyQt code that will give me a canvas
with the ability to draw rectangles, lines, text,
along with zooming, panning, an selection through a 
selection list or via the mouse.
