[PyKDE] Bindings and the KDE project

Hello all,

How do people here feel about the current state of PyQt/PyKDE in relation to
KDE (the project)? Is it a real problem for people that PyQt/PyKDE isn't
distributed as part of KDE? or would it be enough if the distros also came
with PyQt/PyKDE as 'standard'?

It is a bit of a chicken and egg problem, but the fact that not everyone
(user) has PyQt/PyKDE around is IMHO hindering wide adoption and use of
Python for KDE apps.

I just want to know what everyone's thoughts are on this issue.

cheers,
