The Install doc page is wrong - I've updated it. PyKDE 3.11.1 requires sip 
3.10.2 or (preferably) sip 4.0. Since upgrading sip requires rebuilding PyQt, 
I recommend going to sip 4.0. That upgrade will also produce a nicer looking 
error msg if configure.py fails.
