I have downloaded PyKDE 3.11 alpha6 sources but the compile didn't work for a 
missing pyqtconfig.py, even if I have 'apt-get -upgraded' all the required 
packages (SIP, PyQt, KDE, ...). Now it's ok with your package :-)
Also thanks for PyKDE and PyQt developpers, I can now finish my app with 
Python !
