[PyKDE] Error building PyKDE 3.8

Perhaps Python _2.3_ devel package ?
In that case, note that, there is /usr/include/python2.2 as -I .
I was unable to fix it (as I'm ac/am idiot) , but dirty hack
ln -s /usr/include/python2.3 /usr/include/python2.2 worked for me.
