I think this is fixed in the current snapshot. However I've just realised that 
the current SIP4 snapshot will cause a build problem for PyQt.

If you want to use the SIP4 snapshot then save the /site-packages/sipconfig.py 
file before you build and install SIP4, then restore it afterwards.

This will be resolved properly in the next few days as I finish the new new 
build system for PyQt.
