[PyKDE] ANN: PyQt v3.7 Released

v3.7 of PyQt (and SIP) have been released and are available for download at 
the usual place.

Highlights of this release include...

- dir() of a PyQt class now returns all attributes

- the QSignalMapper, QWindowsXPStyle, QextScintillaLexerHTML and 
QextScintillaLexerSQL classes have been added

- QStringList now behaves a lot more like a Python list

- QCustomEvent memory leaks have been fixed.
