This is the first time I've messed with debian's apt system and I can't get
pyqt to install properly. Here's what the output from my apt-get install
command looks like..

root at not a tty[/]# apt-get install libqt3/testing libqt3-mt/testing python2.2
python2.2-sip-qt3/unstable python2.2-qt3 python2.2-qtext python2.2-mysqldb

Selected version 2:3.0.5-3 (Debian:testing) for libqt3
Selected version 2:3.0.5-3 (Debian:testing) for libqt3-mt
Sorry, python2.2 is already the newest version.
Selected version 3.4-1 (Debian:testing) for python2.2-sip-qt3
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
  python2.2-qt3: Depends: libqt3-mt (>= 2:3.1.1+cvs.20021220) but 2:3.0.5-3
is to be installed
                 Depends: python2.2-sip-qt3 (>= 3.5) but 3.4-1 is to be
installed
  python2.2-qtext: Depends: libqscintilla0 (>= 0.3) but it is not installable
                   Depends: libqt3-mt (>= 2:3.1.1+cvs.20021220) but 2:3.0.5-3
is to be installed
                   Depends: python2.2-sip-qt3 (>= 3.5) but 3.4-1 is to be
installed
E: Sorry, broken packages

Is it possible that the package sources I'm using don't have the recent
packages?  It's actually a chroot'd KNOPPIX install that I'm remastering so I
think the package servers are just default... I tried both libqt3/testing
and libqt3/unstable and libqt3 and the same combinations for all the pyqt
related stuff, but it still keeps finding old versions...

Thanks for any help,

Greg
