[PyKDE] problems compiling sip

When i try to compile sip on my debian box (i prefer to avoid debianized 
packages on my woody for python...) i get these errors:

Building the GPL version of SIP 3.5 for Python 2.2.2 on linux2.

could anyone help me? I need sip, PyQT and QScintilla for eric3...
