[PyKDE] Minimizing libqtc's size

Great. I'm the maintainer of the Python-for-arm-linux PDAs distribution
(http://www.Vanille.de/projects/python.html) and also found the PyQt
size always to be a bit too heavy. Please share your findings with us.
