[PyKDE] Problems compiling PyKDE

Dear Jonathan,

please note my message: Re: final build.py cleanups, where I tackled
this problem also. My current PyKDE RPM was build as a user, a.k.a.  
BuildRoot enabled. Have a look into that .spec.
