[PyKDE] PyKDE2 Status

The next release is getting close - I just have a *lot* of
review/cleanup left to do. The major changes will be:

All versions (KDE2.1.1 -> KDE3.0beta2):

Implemented support for KTrader and KService/friends related Ptr
and List objects (which makes KIO/KParts more useful).

Added kdesu module.

Bugfixes and code cleanup.

KDE2.2.x and KDE3.0beta2

Added kdeprint module (introduced in KDE2.2.0)

KDE3.0beta2
===========

Complete except for cleanup/review.
New kdefx module (mostly part of lib re-organization by KDE)

The new modules are small and don't add much to build times.
All versions build/compile/install (as of about 5 minutes ago).
