[PyKDE] sip 3.0 and pyQt on windows

Greetings
	Has anyone built sip 3.0 and PyQT 3.0 on windows with QT 3.0.2 lately?  I am 
by no means a windows guy nor do I wish to be one, but it is impossible, not 
even the makefiles work.

	Does anyone have MSVC project files for PyQT and SIP that i could use?

	Ideally I am using PyQT so that I can have a single source extention language 
for my project, but currently I cannot see how this is possible.  Can anyone 
who is familiar with what is needed to set up PyQT and SIP under windows help 
me out.
