[PyKDE] Installation problems with PyQT on Windows (DLL Load Failed)

I have don't have a definate answer - just a feeling. Before you re-install, 
run the example from the DOS prompt. ie.

D:
cd \python22\PyQt\Examples
\python22\python aclock.py
