[PyKDE] I am building RPMs... any hints?

I am going to build some RPMs for RedHat 7.3 I am shooting for python2 first. 
This is mostly to scratch an itch. I thought that RedHat would distribute the 
PyQt stuff for Python 2.2 as well as Python 1.5... but NO, they didn't, and I 
am stuck!

If anyone has any hints, or if anyone has attempted this before, let's compare 
notes and work together.
