[PyKDE] Why is Simon's libqtc.dll so small?

Hmmm.  I wonder then as to the license status of this binary.  I had better
build this myself so that I can keep track of the licensing of all the
parts.

Mr. Cusack, can you list for us the tools and libraries you used?  Could you
post your make/project file?  Thanks for your help!
