Greetings!

I'm having difficulty installing PyQt 2.3 on Solaris 2.7. I've
successfully built and installed Qt 2.2.4 and sip 2.3 and I've compiled
PyQt 2.3 but I'm getting errors when I attempt to install. Here's the
output from make install:

Libraries have been installed in:
   /home/ginn/python/lib/python1.5/site-packages

If you ever happen to want to link against installed libraries
in a given directory, LIBDIR, you must either use libtool, and
specify the full pathname of the library, or use `-LLIBDIR'
flag during linking and do at least one of the following:
   - add LIBDIR to the `LD_LIBRARY_PATH' environment variable
     during execution
   - use the `-RLIBDIR' linker flag

See any operating system documentation about shared libraries for
more information, such as the ld(1) and ld.so(8) manual pages.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Thanks,
