venv question

Hi Mick,

the recommended way is to install eric-ide in its own virtual 
environment. This does not need to be activated. Actually I never 
activated any of my environments used for testing eric-ide with various 
Python versions. By having an eric-ide runtime environment you avoid 
messing with your system.
