In reply to comments about the suitability of the word "Abort" in
dialogue buttons, I suugest that you visit Qt-Designer and quit the
program with unsaved changes to a file.  The choices offered are
"Discard", "Cancel" and "Save".  

It is noticeable that the term "abort" is not used in software designed
to avoid giving unnecessary offence to its users.
