[Eric] ANN: New eric 5.5 snapshot released

Hello Mike,

you can extract the archive or checkout anywhere you like. Then you'll
have to start the compileUiFiles.py in the Eric main directory. It
creates the Ui_*.py files from the *.ui files. Now you're ready to
start Eric5 from your choosen destination.
The compileUiFiles run is only needed if there where changes in one of
the *.ui files, not everytime before you start Eric.

Because the project files can get incompatible it's best to create a
backup of the *e4p. But I think you won't switch back ;-)

PS: If you're just running a Python2 installation, you're also save
with the install script because Eric4 and Eric5 can be installed in
parallel. Even the config files are not shared.
