[Eric] Eric 5 doesn't launch anymore on Windows

Please start it with the --debug switch. At least we should see where it 
stops.

Another step you could try is deleting the eric5 configuration file (or 
rename it) to start with a fresh configuration. You can inspect it with the 
eric5_configure script.
