[Eric] Eric 5 doesn't launch anymore on Windows

Hello,

all of a sudden, Eric 5 doesn't launch on Windows anymore. No error,
just a console that immediately closes again. I reinstalled Python 3.3
and Eric, but no luck.

What could be wrong?
