[Eric] Bazaar Plugin

Hello,
I have been looked for a Bazaar VCS plugin, it seems that there is no such 
thing yet. I would like to try and write one, but I'd like some help to get 
started, since I didn't even find how to write a VCS plugin. Is there anyone 
here who can help me?
