[Eric] Error 3 on Eric5 installation on Windows7

Installation fails with any of

eric5-5.2.0
eric5-5.1.8
eric5-5.1.7

Eric suggests to try to install as admin but I am the only user on windows7

Below what I get ... Any help ?
