[Eric] Arrow keys not working

Hi

Some versions of QScintilla had bug, with could lead to not working
shortcuts.
I don't know if you reproduced this bug, and if your version is affected,
but, you this thread might be useful for you:

To reproduce the bug, either QScintilla and application must contain a
mistake.
