[Eric] Eric 5.3 - feature freeze

Hello,

I would like to announce, that eric 5.3 is feature complete. I kindly ask 
everybody to give it a try and report back any issue you find.

If anybody is interested to support eric development by providing/completing 
translations please let me know (except German and Spanish which are already 
covered by myself and Jaime Seuma).

You can get the latest (and greatest) source via the eric5 software 
repository. See the site http://eric-ide.python-projects.org/eric-code.html 
for deatils.
