[Eric] Eric4 Project-Viewer scroll

Hi,

in Project-Viewer when the project tree is very long there is a scrollbar on
the right, which works just right. If I scroll the window with the mouse
wheel, however, as soon as it reaches the end of the tree it switches to the
Multiproject-Viewer window and then to the Template Viewer.

The same behaviour when scrolling up.

This is a little annoying, especially when the tree is just a little longer
than the window because with a wheel scroll you reach immediately the end of
the window and jump to the other viewers.

Is this fixable? [Eric4 4.4.17 r4101]
