[Eric] The Debugger backend could not be started ?

The svn res. is blocked by GFW ? The speed is too slow . I have to use vpn
to get the new one .
The dlg now shows that "系统找不到指定的路径" which means The System can't find the
right path .
is there anything I have to install before Eric ? or something wrong with my
env. path?
