[Eric] eric5 crashes Python on Windows 7

I can reproduce the issue. However, I cannot fix it. Executing these lines in 
a Python console crash the interpreter.

from PyQt4.QtNetwork import QLocalSocket
s = QLocalSocket()

I don't know, if this is a Qt bug or a PyQt bug.
