[Eric] Debugger problem

Deleting the eric4.ini and restarting did not help. It is still around 300
lines :-(
The Debugger section at the end of the file looks like this:

CustomPythonInterpreter=0
PythonInterpreter=
DebugClientType=threaded
DebugClient=
PythonRedirect=1
PythonNoEncoding=0
