[Eric] How to setup debugging?

This output means, that the backend is running. That is good news. If there is 
an editor opened with a Python script, all "... Script" actions should be 
enabled, if a project is open, all "... Project" as well. Can you please 
check this. Can you send a screenshot of eric4? Do you have the most recent 
version installed?
