[Eric] Installation problem on win32

That simply means, that the QScintilla2 DLL cannot be found. On Windows you 
have to manually copy the qscintilla.dll file from the Lib to the bin 
directory of the Python installation. As far as I can remember, that is 
mentioned somewhere in the QScintilla docs.
