[QScintilla] Possible QScintilla Bug

I'm interested in following this dicussion also. Embedded Qscintilla that I
we got atm is unable to handle non-english chracters, just displays ?
instead. While one embedded in Geany (gtk+) is able to handle multiple
languages fine.

Haven't investigated it too much though.
