I had intended to abandon PyQt5 and use PyQt4 only, but your
message below leads to another try.<br>

I have installed PyQt4, from the binary, and when I attempt to
download PyQt5, from the binary, I get a message "A copy of
PyQt4 for Python v3.3 is already installed in Python 33 and must
be uninstalled first".<br>

time you will need to build them yourself from the source
